Stephanie is an integrative life coach and intuitive energy practitioner, dedicated to empowering her clients on their personal journeys. With a deep understanding of energy work and coaching techniques, Stephanie equips individuals with easy, effective, and transformative tools to navigate and conquer their challenges. Through her guidance, clients experience a profound shift, cultivating a stronger sense of personal power, self-worth, confidence, and self-love.
Stephanie's experience and fascination with energy began during her childhood and teenage years, where she had extraordinary sensory experiences that allowed her to perceive the "unseen." Her journey was further enriched by joining her mother's Reiki group, a gathering of friends and guests who shared a passion for Reiki and energy medicine. In this nurturing environment, Stephanie received her first Reiki attunement in 1997 and witnessed the profound impact of energy medicine on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Over the years, Stephanie has extensively studied various holistic healing modalities, finding her truest calling in coaching, Reiki, and sound therapy as potent avenues and facilitators of healing for others. Her formal training includes Child, Couple, and Family Therapy, Health Psychology, Life Coaching, Spiritual Life Coaching, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Yoga Nidra, and Reiki (master level). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Psychology from Bastyr University and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology specializing in Child, Couple, and Family Therapy from Antioch University.
Throughout her professional journey, Stephanie has gained valuable experience in community mental health, research, public health, and nonprofits, always embodying the values of warmth, service, health equity, and social justice. Her passion for energy and science remains unwavering, as she continually explores the intersections of these fields with spirituality.
